In my experience San Diego Shakedown is usually very small. 26 visitors have checked in at Shakedown Street @ Phish. Also, there is a bar called Rattle n Hum just down the street from MSG which is definitely a phish bar. And since we’re entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! I vividly remember seeing the Dead there in '85 perform the most electrifying version of Shakedown Street I've heard to this day.
Phish's Merriweather shows in '11 were outstanding. All orders are custom made and most ship worldwide within 24 hours. On the bus since 1989! Honestly, everyone rushes the garden to get in, so plan on showing up about 15 minutes before showtime.
